Class Descriptions

CrossFit Group Training

We base this class on the universal CrossFit description of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity.” Our Erie CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. Every WOD is different, so you can expect something new every time you come in. We scale each workout to your fitness level, ensuring you get the maximum workout every time — no matter your physical level.

In this small-group class, typically with one coach to 12 athletes, we start with a dynamic warm-up, progress into skill work, and end with stretching and mobility. The purpose of our classes is to help you build general fitness so you can say “yes” to any activity and never have to worry about your fitness being the limiting factor. All skill levels are welcome and we often have former college athletes next to grandparents. Sign up for your first class here.

Open Gym

Every Sunday, we have open gym, which is designed to serve as a make-up day or to give our athletes time to work on skills they’d like to develop further. We always have a coach on site to help you work on your specific skills and movements. Even if you don’t know what you want to work on, we can help you build a plan when you come in.
