Continuing our prep for the CrossFit Open and refining basic movements, this week we are layering diet and nutrition habits with the kick off of our “Living Life Better” challenge. As of this writing we have 40% of the gym participating. Tomorrow we will post the kick off video.

Monday: Living Life Better Tabata, Tabata rounds of Row, Sit Up and Air Squats. You’ll have a partner count total reps for you to be recored.

Tuesday: Fight Gone Bad

Wednesday: Deadlift 8×3 @ 80% your current 1 rep max.

Thursday: For reps for 3 minutes each of Row (Distance), Wall Ball Shots, Double Unders. Rest 2 minutes between each repeat twice.

Friday: 1 rep max squat snatch.
