Thursday: Barbera 5 RFT: 20 Pull ups, 30 Push ups, 40 sit ups, 50 air squats. rest exactly 3 minutes between each round, time includes rest.
Friday: 8 Tabata rounds of:
Row (cal), Double Unders, Kettle Bell swings.
Saturday: Strong person Saturday! Working to max yoke walk and learn to lift stones! ?
