For Satruday morning as you trickle in to complete your 18.1 here’s your warm up video. In addition to these movements please do your normal “business” pass-thoughs if you do them everyday, hamstring or hip openers etc. When that’s all done please do the following:
1 min peanut pvc pass through
30 (or until you butt starts talking back) banded knee side steps
20 hanging sub-scapula pulls
10 hallow body to hollow body drills
On a banded rower 5 arm pulls, 10 torso/arm pulls, 15 full strokes
500m row on unbanned rower pulling faster than your workout pace.
